This is a use permit application by Pastor Melvin L. Austin to permit a Commercial Day Care 2 inside New Bethel Cathedral Church of God in Christ at 457 Fox Hill Road [LRSN: 11000566 ], which is on the northeast corner lot abutting Fairfield Boulevard. The property is currently zoned One-Family Residential (R-11) which allows for a Commercial Day Care 2 with a use permit. The Hampton Community Plan (2006, as amended) recommends public/semipublic uses for this site. Copies of documents or information concerning this proposal may be obtained from the Community Development Department located in City Hall at 22 Lincoln Street or from Corey Block, 757-727-6077 or corey.block@hampton.gov. B. Use Permit Application No. 18-00009. This is a use permit application by Dianne Cesvette to permit a Private School at 19 N Mallory Street [LRSN: 12001996]. This property is currently zoned Phoebus Business District (PH-1) which allows for private schools with an approved use permit. The Hampton Community Plan (2006, as amended) recommends mixed uses for this site. The public is invited to attend meetings and to observe the work and deliberations of the Planning Commission. The public may also address the Planning Commission on public hearing items by signing up to speak.
