A. Rezoning Application No. 21-00014: This is a rezoning application by Michel
Properties, LLC to rezone + 0.8648 acres located at 53 Wythe Creek Road [LRSN:
6001176], within Wythe Creek Commerce Park, from Limited Manufacturing (M-1)
District to Light Manufacturing (M-2) District, with conditions, for the use of vehicle
repair, light. The Hampton Community Plan (2006, as amended) recommends
business/industrial for this area. Lead Staff: Donald Whipple, Chief Planner
B. Use Permit Application No. 22-00004: This is a use permit application by Dyon Banks
to permit vehicle sales, of used vehicles at 2469 W. Pembroke Avenue [LRSN:
1000065], which is permitted in General Commercial (C-3) District with an approved
use permit. The Hampton Community Plan (2006, as amended) recommends
commercial for this area. Lead staff: Donald Whipple, Chief Planner

the order in which they sign up and are asked to state their name and address, and are asked
