VA22-00009: Empire Exteriors LLC, 422 Lasalle Avenue, LRSN 1007042: Request for a variance to reduce the required street-adjacent side yard setback on a corner lot from 15 feet to 10.8 feet to construct a new single family home. b. VA22-00006: Tammy Moore, 7 Eisele Court, LRSN 4004091: Request to amend the conditions of a previously approved variance, VA94-00042, which prohibits a deck encroaching in the rear yard on an existing single family dwelling from being enclosed other than using screen wire. The request would allow for the enclosure of the deck to create a sunroom. c. VA22-00005: Keenan and Linda Johnson, 42 Lake Field Crossing, LRSN 5000894: Request for a variance to reduce the required side yard setback from 8.96 feet to 5.43 feet to construct a detached garage. d. VA22-00008: Carl Doughty, 20 Lake Field Crossing, LRSN 5000904: Request for a variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 27.88 feet to 16 feet for a new sunroom addition to a single-family home.
