Use Permit Application No. 21-00009: This is a use permit application by MCG VA Sears, LLC, to permit a storage facility 2 at 5112 West Mercury Blvd [LRSN: 3002532]. The property is zoned Limited Commercial (C-2) District, which permits storage facility 2 with an approved use permit.
