Call to Order and Welcome: Chair Cassandra Townsley called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. Minutes were being
recorded by Camilla Doctor, Secretary.

Approval of Meeting Minutes: April meeting minutes were reviewed and approved.
New Business:
1. Discussed whether an attendance sheet was needed for Hospitality Subcommittee meetings. Determined that
minutes of the meeting would be sufficient since attendance was documented.
2. Members of the Hospitality Subcommittee will need to be available to serve as hostesses at the Senior Expo that
will be held at the Hampton Senior Center, May 14, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Old Business:
1. Continued the discussion regarding the gift bags. Members will get items for the bags. Camilla will update the
Welcome Sheet.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 9:55 a.m.
