procedures with City staff.

we need one. The recommended contract is for 1 year, with four 1-year renewal options.

Angela will work with City Procurement to get a cooperative agreement ready for PSA signature.

ODU is “ok” with project.
PSA will continue discussions with Community Baseball and others on the project.
Parking Lot Gates and Barricades
Jim W. has researched the possibility of 4 gates plus baseball bollards. We have several options
but need formal estimates or quotes (obtained a gate quote for $17,800 and bollard quote for
$20,000; also should consider temporary waterfilled bollard).
Will need PSA approval for expense, also need feedback from some City departments regarding
bollard placement.

PSA / stadium will be represented on the 2023 City coin.
