Since then, the City Park design has continued to progress in alignment with the input received. The staff and consultant team will provide an overview of the current plan and cost estimates and will be available to answer questions from the Committee and Council. Financial Impact The City Park project is currently estimated to cost approximately $38.9 million based on the latest design and construction projections.
