Page 1 of 9 AGENDA STATEMENT Title City Park Design Update Presenter(s) Dan Jung, Capital Improvement Program Manager Opsis Architects Walker Macy Explanation The City Council and the Park Advisory Committee met in April 2025 to review the current City Park project design and provide feedback to staff. Since then, the City Park design has continued to progress in alignment with the input received. The staff and consultant team will provide an overview of the current plan and cost estimates and will be available to answer questions from the Committee and Council. Financial Impact The City Park project is currently estimated to cost approximately $38.9 million based on the latest design and construction projections.
