Call Meeting to Order Meeting back in session at 8:47 am 2. Overview Day's Work / Process Tyler St. Clair, facilitator, reviewed the current vision, characteristics of an effective vision and worked with Council on the results of the homework assignment. 3. Review / Finalize Council Vision Council continued to work on revisions to the Vision statement developed at the 2021 City Council retreat and reached a consensus of the Vision amendments to better reflect its desires and intent for the future of the City, the date of the Vision statement was also amended to 2043. 4. TBD / Strategic Discussion Council was given an assignment to individually create the 3-year Priorities for staff. 5. Develop Plan to Follow Up on Vision and Strategic Priorities Ms. St. Clair led Council to review as a group the individual 3-year Priorities and then as a group combined the individual priorities to create a unified 3-year Priorities list for staff. 6. Identify Next Steps Council discussed areas of opportunities to enhance the work of Council and what areas, issues and/or procedures that would help them be a more effective body. Council identified ideas and potential strategies to share their vision and engage the public so that the City Manager’s Office and the Director of Communications can use these ideas to develop an engagement and communications strategy that will share the vision widely with the community with Council participation. 7.
