List included as minutes exhibit A.  Joel Bullard - 108 Hurley - Opposed the sale due to drainage issues on the property.  Shee Romero - 104 1st St N - Concerns regarding the traffic with the proposed driveways leading into the property. 3. This act changed the posting requirements for an agenda from 72 hours from the meeting date to three business days. ANALYSIS: This act takes affect September 1, 2025. The HCEDC regular meeting agenda will now be posted on the Thursday prior to the meeting. For the City Secretary to have adequate time to complete the agenda. All agenda items will be due the one week before the date of posting. Agenda items sent to the City Secretary after the date items are due will not be placed on the agenda for the next meeting and will be scheduled for the next meeting.
