Discuss, consider and act regarding the approval of an Amended Site and Landscape Plan for 112 Harmon Road. 1) Presentation - Maurice Schwanke, Planning Coordinator, summarized this item; An amended site plan and landscape plan have been submitted for 112 Harmon Road which includes a proposed industrial truck terminal building of 42,000 square feet on a total of 21.33 acres. The tract is zoned as Industrial and is currently being platted as lot 1 block A, North Texas Logistic Center. This property was site planned and approved at the November 9th, 2020 City Council meeting. At that time there were two proposed buildings. One small service building has been removed and the office area of the main building has been slightly increased. The City Engineer has reviewed the site plan and does not have any comments at this time. Entrance/exit are radial shaped and restrict traffic to the south and encourage traffic north 2.Signage 3. Wrought iron fencing instead of chain link 4.
