REPORTS/ACTION ITEMS 1. Approval Meeting Minutes of October 7, 2015 A mottion was made and seconded to approve staff recommendation. The motion carried and the minutes were approved as submitted. 2. Adoption of Fiscal Year 2016 Statement of Investment Policy and Delegation of Investment Authority A motion was made by Council Member Jones, seconded by Council Member Lamnin, to approve staff recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Council Member Lamnin, Council Member Jones and Mayor Halliday 3. Discussion of City Investment Portfolio (presentation by the PFM Group) Informational report only. 4. FY 2015 Preliminary Year-End General Fund Review Informational report only. 5. Discuss Future City Revenue Possibilities Informational report only. 6. FY 2016 Meeting Schedule & Work Plan Informational report only.
