California Blvd Pasadena, CA 91125. Commissioner Harnoor Gill and Diego Barcenas will be participating via teleconference. The public will have the opportunity to address the Hayward Youth Commission at the teleconference locations pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3. All votes during the teleconferencing session will be conducted by roll call vote. The teleconference locations will be accessible to the public and the agenda will be posted at the teleconference locations 72 hours before the meeting.
