New York, met at the Town Meeting Pavilion, Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Hempstead, New York, on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 7:00P.M. Roll was called: PRESENT: LAURA A. GILLEN, Supervisor BRUCE BLAKEMAN, Councilman ANTHONY P. D'ESPOSITO, Councilman DENNIS DUNNE, SR., Councilman DOROTHY L. GOOSBY, Senior Councilwoman THOMAS A. MUSCARELLA, Councilman Members of the Town Board ALSO PRESENT: SYLVIA A. CABANA, Town Clerk DOLORES SEDACCA, Deputy Town Clerk JOSEPH J. RA, Town Attorney MICHAEL J. CAPOBIANCO, Acting Deputy Town Comptroller RICHARD RAMOS, Deputy Town Comptroller DOMINICK A. LONGOBARDI, Second Deputy Comptroller AVERIL SMITH, Director of Finance Supervisor Gillen asked Councilman D'Esposito to lead the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag. Supervisor Gillen announced that because this is a Special Meeting of Town Board there would be no Administrative Calendar and there would be no public comment at the conclusion of the meeting. Supervisor Gillen added that this is a continuation of the prior budget hearing and if anybody had already been heard on the budget they would not be called up to speak again, except that if they have already addressed the Town Board on the budget generally, they may speak again on the amendment. * * * * * * * * * * * * PUBLIC HEARINGS CASE NUMBERS & RESOLUTIONS 969 Preliminary Budget - TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD - for the fiscal year 1129-2019 beginning January 1, 2020 BIG APPEARANCES: CONCERNS: Laura L.
