MUSCARELLA, Councilman Members of the Town Board ALSO PRESENT: KATE MURRAY, Town Clerk [Remotely] JOSEPH NOCELLA, Chief of Staff Supervisor Clavin welcomed everyone to the Town Board meeting and because of the COVID -19 Pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Emergency Declaration and Executive Orders as well as the Town's Emergency Declaration this meeting will be live streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and observe the meeting will be able to do so. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and transcribed. There is also an sign language interpreter for the hearing impaired. The public portion of the meeting will not take place today. Councilman Blakeman made motion to suspend rules which was seconded by Councilman D'Esposito.
