STATED TOWN BOARD MEETING APRIL 21, 2020 The Town Board of the Town of Hempstead, New York, met at the Town Meeting Pavilion, Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Hempstead, New York, on Tuesday, April 21st, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. Supervisor Clavin welcomed everyone to the Town Board meeting and due to the COVID -19 Pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Emergency Declaration and Executive Orders as well as the Town's Emergency Declaration this meeting will be live streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and observe the meeting will be able to do so. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and transcribed. The public portion of the meeting will not take place today.
