POKALSKY, Deputy Town Clerk Supervisor Clavin asked Town Clerk Murray to lead the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag. Supervisor Clavin stated this is a specially noticed meeting to consider resolutions granting Cares Act money disbursements, related budgetary and accounting resolutions and other Covid-19 mitigation measures and because of the Covid-19 pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Executive Orders, this meeting will be recorded and live-streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and observe will be able to do so. * * * * ** * ** * ** ADMINISTRATNE CALENDAR CASE NUMBERS & RESOLUTIONS 30283 Resolution - Amending Resolution No. 1127-2020, adopted on October 27, 1287-2020 2020 in relation to modifying the eligible population to receive PCR DE/B Diagnostic Testing through NORTHWELL HEALTH effective November 29, 2020 - TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD 30283 Resolution- Authorizing an agreement between Town of Hempstead and 17356 BASELINE HEALTH MANAGEMENT LLC to provide Covid-19 mobile 1288-2020 testing to the Town of Hempstead employees - TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD DE/B APPEARANCES: Diane Madden - 176 -  DATE 30283 Resolution - Authorizing the grant of funds to the SOUTH NASSAU 1289-2020 COMMUNITIES HOSPITAL d/b/a MOUNT SlNAI SOUTH NASSAU DE/B located in the Town of Hempstead, to be paid from monies received by the Town through the "CARES ACT", to establish a drive-through Covid-19 rapid testing site in Oceanside for the residents of the Town ofHempstead- TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD 30283 Resolution - Authorizing the transfer of monies received by the Town of 1290-2020 Hempstead through the "CARES ACT", to fund unbudgeted necessary DE/B expenses incurred directly related to the Covid-19 pandemic MOUNT SlNAI SOUTH NASSAU ($445,967.00) TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD APPEARANCES: Diane Madden 30283 Resolution - Authorizing amendment to the 2020 adopted budget to increase 1147 General Fund Estimated Revenues, an increase to General Fund 1291-2020 Appropriations, an increase to the General Fund Undistributed Other Expense DE/B Account and the increase of the Cares Act Assistance Revenue Account in the Town of Hempstead General Fund Undistributed ($445,967.00)- TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD No further business to come before the Board, it was on motion of Councilman D'Esposito seconded by Councihnan Blakeman, and unanimously voted upon roll call that the meeting be ADJOURNED. * * ** * * * * * *** - 177 -
