Supervisor Clavin asked Councilman Carini to lead the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance to our
flag.
Supervisor Clavin noted due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Executive
Orders, this meeting will be live streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and
observe the meeting will be able to do so. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and transcribed.
Public comments for Public Hearings today will allow for in person participation as well as telephonic
