It will be republished correctly adding, "Fence - north 46 degrees & I 91 0 west, distance of 456.47 feet to a point ... etc." The Town Board Members now have the corrected description and for the record that we have added that. Item 19 - Regarding Green Acres Mall, the Town and the Village of Valley Stream have an agreement that indicates that the Town will be paying them a portion the Building Department fees that we received.
