COMMISSIONER STATON indicated that he had confirmed with HWU General Manager Tom Williams that this budget includes that all Henderson Water Utility employees are eligible to receive up to the one percent merit evaluation increase and the 2.1% cost-of-living increases. COMMISSIONER BUGG indicated that she knew a lot of work had gone into this artwork but was not fond of this kind of art, it just wasn’t what she had envisioned. COMMISSIONER PRUITT added that it looks good but was not really what he had envisioned either. The vote was called.
