Record of Minutes of Called Work Session with Vision Plan Committee Meeting on April 27, 2023
A Special Called Work Session of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Henderson,
Kentucky, in order to attend the Vision Plan Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April
27, 2023, at approximately 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Henderson County Extension
Office, 3341 KY 351, Henderson, Kentucky.
PRESENT:
Mayor Bradley S. Staton
Commissioner Rodney Thomas
ABSENT:
Commissioner Austin P. Vowels
Commissioner Robert N. Pruitt
Commissioner Nicholas E. Whitt
CITY STAFF MEMBERS included: Heath Cox, Assistant City Manager; Karla
Beckgerd, Acting City Clerk; and Holli Blanford, Public Information Officer.

THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEM WAS DISCUSSED:
VISION PLAN UPDATE
Those in attendance were presented an update on the Vision Plan and recommended future
projects by Ms. Amy Williams and Mr. Bronte Murrell of Taylor Siefker Williams Design
Group.
NO FORMAL ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
