130 CITY OF HENDERSON – RECORD BOOK Record of Minutes of Called Work Session with Vision Plan Committee Meeting on June 2, 2025 A Special Called Work Session of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Henderson, Kentucky, in order to attend the Vision Plan Committee meeting scheduled for Monday, June 2, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Henderson County Cooperative Extension Office, 3341 KY 351, Henderson, Kentucky. PRESENT: Mayor Bradley S. Staton Commissioner Rodney Thomas Commissioner Robert N. Pruitt Commissioner Kelsey Hargis ABSENT: Commissioner Nicholas E. Whitt CITY STAFF MEMBERS included: William L. “Buzzy” Newman, Jr., Assistant City Manager; Dawn Kelsey, City Attorney; Jessa Brandon, City Clerk; Billy Bolin, Police Chief; Robert “Bob” Shoultz; Holli Blanford, Public Relations Director; Steve Davis, Codes Administrator; Jenna Basham, Project Manager; Jeannie Quattrocchi, Project Coordinator; Breasha Pruitt, Project Coordinator; and Chelsea Mills, Finance Director. ALSO PRESENT: Brian Bishop, Henderson City-County Planning Commission Executive Director; Jennifer Marks, Henderson City-County Planning Commission, Assistant Director; Bart Boles, Henderson Water Utility General Manager; Abby Dixon, Henderson Tourist Commission, Executive Director; Clay Gillham, Henderson Chamber of Commerce President; Carrie Gentry, Director of Addiction and Overdose Awareness, W.A.R.M.; Max Lisembee; Emily Herron, Henderson City-County Airport Manager; Henderson Airport Chad Thompson, Henderson County Schools Assistant Superintendent of Training & Learning; Jason Warren, Henderson Community College President/CEO; Alex Caudill; Steve Austin; and Vince Tweddell, Editor & Publisher at The Hendersonian. ________________________ THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEM WAS DISCUSSED: VISION PLAN UPDATE Those in attendance were presented an update on the Vision Plan and recommended future projects by Ms. Amy Williams of Taylor Siefker Williams Design Group.
