RECOMMENDATION: Adopt CDBG Program Advisory Committee Meeting minutes of December 18, 2019. CDBG Program Advisory Committee Page 3 of 4 Wednesday, October 21, 2020 - Agenda NB-2 REVIEW THE 2020-2024 CONSOLIDATED PLAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES DEPARTMENT For Information and Discussion Staff will review the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and priorities. NB-3 CDBG FORM OF REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR PROGRAM YEARS 2021 AND 2022 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES DEPARTMENT For Information and Discussion Staff will present the draft form of Request for Application to be utilized in connection with the award of CDBG allocations and information regarding the processing of CDBG program applications on a two-year basis for program years 2021 and 2022. NB-4 CDBG-CV FORM OF REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR CARES ACT FUNDING FOR COVID-19 RELIEF UNDER THE CDBG PROGRAM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES DEPARTMENT For Information and Discussion Staff will present the draft form of Request for Application to be utilized in connection with the award of CARES Act funding for COVID-19 relief under the CDBG program (CDBG-CV) and information regarding the processing of CDBG-CV funding on a six-year basis for program years 2021-2026. NB-5 ANNUAL ELECTION OF COMMITTEE CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES DEPARTMENT For Possible Action.
