RECOMMENDATION: Refer to Regular Meeting AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HENDERSON, NEVADA, EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY BY ANNEXING THERETO APPROXIMATELY 4.5 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF WELPMAN WAY AND PLACID STREET IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 61 EAST, M.D.M., CONSISTING OF APN NO. 191-09-801-001 AND APPROVING AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF HENDERSON AND THE ANN SOMES FAMILY TRUST 2000, UNDER TRUST DATED JUNE 2, 2000, WITH RESPECT TO THE ANNEXATION OF SUCH PROPERTY.
