$1,445,100.00 to $2,345,100.00, and will allow HFN to purchase twelve homes
and re-sell these homes to program qualified individuals or families.

POPULATION AS DETERMINED BY THE LAST PRECEDING NATIONAL
DECENNIAL CENSUS CONDUCTED BY THE BUREAU OF CENSUS OF THE
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AS PROVIDED IN
SECTION 1.040, ARTICLE 1, OF THE HENDERSON CITY CHARTER AND
UPDATES AS PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF HENDERSON COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED
