A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HENDERSON,
NEVADA, REGARDING A SALES TAX ALLOCATION COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT AMONG THE SOUTHERN NEVADA WATER AUTHORITY AND
THE WASTEWATER AGENCIES REPRESENTED BY THE CITY OF
HENDERSON, CITY OF LAS VEGAS, THE CITY OF NORTH LAS VEGAS,
AND THE CLARK COUNTY WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT.
