RECOMMENDATION: Approve A five-year Promoter Agreement between City of Henderson and the World Triathlon Corporation (WTC) to produce the Ironman 70.3 Silverman Triathlon as a World Championship Qualifier Event and terminate the final two years of the existing Ironman 70.3 World Championship agreement between the City of Henderson and WTC.
