RECOMMENDATION: Award to Mc4 Construction, LLC Award the Construction Contract for the Sunset Road ITS project to Mc4 Construction, LLC, for the design and installation of a subterranean fiber optic interconnect system, in the amount of $655,218.40 and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the contract for the City. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Agreement among WestCare Nevada, Inc., multiple local governments within Clark County, and multiple Southern Nevada Hospitals relating to the provision of funds for the Community Triage Center, which will help to reduce the number of chronic inebriates and mental health patients unnecessarily occupying beds in overcrowded hospital emergency rooms, with a City of Henderson funding obligation amount of $15,184.51. CA-12 AGREEMENT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATION (IBM) FUNDING SOURCE: CITYWIDE SERVICES CMTS NO. 12110 DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Agreement between the City of Henderson and International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) for maintenance and support services for a period of three years in the amounts not to exceed $176,000.00 for FY14/15, $186,000.00 for FY15/16 and $196,000.00 for FY16/17. CA-14 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TRANSFER/ASSIGNMENT OF TRAFFIC CONTROL COST PARTICIPATION FOR ST. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Interlocal Agreement between the City of Henderson and Clark County for the transfer/assignment of traffic control cost participation for the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Gilespie Street and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for the City. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 16891, Boulder Creek Park, between the City of Henderson and Tand Inc., for the cost to construct an additional post- tensioned basketball court with lighting and other appurtenances, replace the decomposed granite trail with concrete sidewalk, relocate the restroom facility, install a sewer pump and install additional park amenities, in the amount of $329,799.35; authorize the Senior Director of Public Works, Parks & Recreation, or his designee, to execute the change order for the City and to execute change orders within the project budget.
