RECOMMENDATION: Approve Interlocal Contract by and between the City of Henderson and the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada to provide funding for the creation of well marked bicycle lanes and/or routes with pavement markings, signage and any other necessary traffic control devices. CA-11 RESTRUCTURING OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AUTHORIZATION OF REDUCTION IN FORCE AND AMENDMENT TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF COMPLEMENT FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Restructuring of the Human Resources Department, authorization of a reduction in force, and amendment to the staff complement with the deletion of one (1) Human Resources Assistant I (Technical 100) from Fund 1001-0501 and one (1) Human Resources Assistant II (Technical 200) from Fund 1001-0508 and the addition of one (1) Training and Organization Performance Analyst I (Technical 400) to Fund 1001-0508, resulting in an annual saving of $23,655.25 for Fiscal Year 2015.
