to continue statewide, multi-jurisdictional traffic enforcement events that focus
on reducing fatalities and serious injury accidents in Nevada, and to enforce
safety belt, child safety seat, speed enforcement, pedestrian safety and DUI
laws, in the amount of $107,500.00.

of the property to October 15, 2015, and October 15, 2016, permitting earlier
purchase of portions of the subject property, providing for the execution and
recording of an amendment to the deed of trust securing developer's obligations
to allow for partial releases of the encumbered property, and other revisions as
outlined in the amendment, and authorize the City Manager on behalf of the City
to approve requests by developer to purchase portions of the property prior to
October 15, 2015, and October 15, 2016, as set forth in the amendment.
