Public Hearing to consider a petition filed by the residents of Pecos Robindale
Estates Units I and II for the acquisition or improvement of a neighborhood
improvement district project to be located at Pecos Robindale Estates Units I
and II and commonly referred to as ‘The Meridian.’ The neighborhood
improvement district proposed by the petitioners would attempt to beautify
portions of the subdivision by replacing missing, dead or diseased trees;
planting new shrubbery; grading; removing deleterious material; installing an

mulch; and providing ongoing maintenance of such improvements. After

- GENERAL BUSINESS LICENSE PROVISIONS - OF THE HENDERSON
MUNICIPAL CODE.
