All items are action items unless otherwise noted. Public comment will be taken on each agenda item as it is heard. If you desire to provide public comment on an agenda item, please complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the item being heard. Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes. The Mayor/Chair reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory or repetitive comments that disrupt, disturb or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the Council meeting. In addition, any person willfully disrupting the meeting may be removed from the room by the presiding officer. See, NRS 241.030(4)(a).
