EXPENDITURE OF CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUNDS UNDER THE
CARES ACT

RECOMMENDATION: Accept
Pursuant to Resolution No. 4406 adopted on September 15, 2020, the
City of Henderson City Manager seeks to report on Contracts over $100,000.00
and Interlocal Agreements related to the Coronavirus Relief Funds that have
been administratively approved, to date, for such purchases or services
including: vulnerable population supports; personal protective equipment (PPE)
and medical supplies; decontamination services; local supports - rental
assistance, utilities assistance, and eviction diversion; emergency medical
equipment; Detention Center retrofits for distancing requirements; and local
grant support, in an approximate total of $3,976,356.00; and any additional
contracts or interlocal agreements to be reported at a future Council Meeting, in
accordance with Resolution No. 4406 and applicable laws and policies.

Valley Health System, LLC.
