Southern Nevada Water Authority's (“SNWA’s) General Manager,
John Entsminger, will provide a general overview of conservation/water
resources, the need for approximately $3.2 billion in water infrastructure
spending identified in the 2020 amendment to the SNWA Major Construction
and Capital Plan (MCCP), the Integrated Resources Planning Advisory
Committee (IRPAC) process, and the approved SNWA rate increases.
