CA-3 2020 AMENDED MAJOR CONSTRUCTION AND CAPITAL PLAN SOUTHERN NEVADA WATER AUTHORITY (SNWA) DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve 2020 Amendment to the Southern Nevada Water Authority Major Construction and Capital Plan (MCCP), which outlines a comprehensive update to the MCCP to include new infrastructure, water resources, power projects, and conservation initiatives for a total estimated cost of $3.2 billion to complete the projects, and identifies completion of 13 previously approved projects. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Interlocal Infrastructure Agreement between the City of Henderson and the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) regarding the Horizon Lateral Project, which agreement also addresses conservation measures and restrictions on wastewater discharge to septic tanks or evaporative ponds in the Out of Valley Area to maximize regional water resources. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement between the City of Henderson and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., to provide construction documents for the Radio Repeater Power and Communications project and to extend the term of the agreement from December 31, 2020, to June 30, 2021. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Payment Processing Services and EPAY Plus Addendum to License Agreement between the Henderson Police Department Special Programs and Services Unit and Courtview Justice Solutions Inc., dba Equivant, to provide a software payment module through Equivant's relationship with a third-party payment processing service and remit payments, less fees, for remote web portal payments, in the amount of $11,000.00.
