AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HENDERSON, NEVADA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3810 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SETTING FORTH A NEW ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WARDS WITHIN THE CITY OF HENDERSON, NEVADA, ACCORDING TO POPULATION AS DETERMINED BY THE CITY'S DEMOGRAPHER AND AS REVISED FIGURES ARE PROVIDED BY THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 1.040 OF THE HENDERSON CITY CHARTER. PUBLIC COMMENT Items discussed under this Public Comment period cannot be acted upon at this meeting, but may be referred by Council to the next available meeting for consideration.
