RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Commemorative Beautification Commission minutes of October 9, 2018. NB-2 WATER STREET HOLIDAY DECORATING CONTEST PARKS AND RECREATION For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Committee members will review options to purchase or to allow for the purchase of commemorative beautification committee logo tee shirts. NB-4 STAFF REPORTS PARKS AND RECREATION For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: For Information Only Staff Representative will provide information on the Commission budget, Municipal Forestry report, Clean-up Trailer program, banners, flags, and staff announcements and respond to questions from Commission members. NB-5 COMMUNITY PRIDE COMMEMORATION PROGRAM AND NOMINATIONS PARKS AND RECREATION For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Commission members will discuss the Community Pride Commemoration program and discuss and vote on any Community Pride Award nominations. VI. CHAIRMAN\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chairman and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. Chairman and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
