RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Adopt the minutes of the Commemorative Beautification Commission meeting of October 13, 2020. Commemorative Beautification Commission Page 3 of 4 Tuesday, November 10, 2020 - Agenda NB-2 STAFF REPORTS PARKS AND RECREATION For Information Only Staff Representative will provide information on the Commission budget, Municipal Forestry report, the Clean-Up Trailer program, banners, flags, other announcements, and respond to questions from Commission members. NB-3 CHRISTMAS TREE RECYCLING PROGRAM PARKS AND RECREATION For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Commission members will vote on funds for the Christmas Tree Recycling Program in an amount not to exceed $5,500.00. NB-4 HOLIDAY BANNERS 2020 PARKS AND RECREATION For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Commission members will vote on funds for Holiday Banners in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
