CITY OF HENDERSON ELDORADO VALLEY REGIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Thursday, December 17, 2020 To be Conducted via Teleconference and Video 8:00 AM Conference ONLY Meeting Inquiries: (702) 267-4850 NOTICE PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE COVID-19-RELATED PUBLIC GATHERING RESTRICTIONS, THERE WILL BE NO IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING. This meeting is being conducted in conformance with the State of Nevada Executive Department Declaration of Emergency Directive 006, dated March 22, 2020, as extended by Emergency Directive 029, dated July 31, 2020, extending public meeting closures and restrictions for the duration of the current state of emergency, unless terminated by a subsequent directive or by operation of law associated with lifting the Declaration of Emergency. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Approve expenditure for repair costs of the EVOC Track, in an amount not to exceed $200,000. NEW BUSINESS NB-2 MINUTES ELDORADO VALLEY REGIONAL TRAINING FACILITY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING JULY 15, 2020 For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Eldorado Valley Regional Public Safety Training Facility Executive Committee Meeting Minutes of July 15, 2020. NB-3 FEE SCHEDULE FOR NON-PARTNERING LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY FACILITY USE BRYAN HARTSHORN/POLICE For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Fee schedule for non-partnering agency use of the Eldorado Valley Regional Public Safety Training Facility (EVRPSTF). VII. CHAIRMAN\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chairman and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. Chairman and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
