Update on grant approval and first quarter grant report and RFP processes. 4 FY23 OPERATING BUDGET FOR ELDORADO VALLEY REGIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITY (EVRPSTF) CITY OF HENDERSON - POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Discuss and approve FY23 operating budget. 5 FY24 OPERATING BUDGET FOR ELDORADO VALLEY REGIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITY (EVRPSTF) CITY OF HENDERSON - POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Discuss and approve FY24 operating budget. 6 EXPLOSIVE DETONATION CITY OF BOULDER CITY - POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Discuss maintenance costs for EVOC track and need for slurry. Discuss striping costs. Request to approve re-slurry in the amount not to exceed $250,000. VI.
