RECOMMENDATION: Recommend adoption A Resolution of the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency expressing its intent to sell approximately 7.88 acres of real property identified as assessor’s parcel number 161-35-302-007 generally located at the Southeast corner of Boulder Highway and Broadbent Boulevard to H.A.N.D. property holding company, a domestic nonprofit corporation, affiliate of Nevada H.A.N.D. Inc., a Nevada nonprofit corporation, for the property’s appraised value of $2,060,000.00 pursuant to NRS 279.470(4). 4 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY UPDATE RE-IMAGINE BOULDER HIGHWAY PROJECT REDEVELOPMENT For Information and Discussion Only Update on the Re-Imagine Boulder Highway project.
