NEW BUSINESS 4 FY26 OPERATING BUDGET FOR ELDORADO VALLEY REGIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITY (EVRPSTF) – REQUEST FOR INCREASED AGENCY CONTRIBUTION CITY OF HENDERSON - POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Discuss proposed increase of agency contributions beginning in FY26 from currently $55,000.00 to $99,000.00 to cover EVOC maintenance and simulator contract. 5 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR CONCRETE AND ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE TRAINING VILLAGE CITY OF HENDERSON – POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Authorize City staff to advertise an Invitation for Bid for the installation of concrete foundation and electrical needs for the training village and award the bid to the most qualified bidder in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. 6 EVRPSTF MANUAL UPDATES CITY OF HENDERSON – POLICE DEPARTMENT CITY OF BOULDER CITY – POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Proposal to approve manual updates. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Award Boxbl Inc. for the purchase of at least 20 structures (including shades structures) and the installation of training village and shade structures to cost no more than $1,760,000.00.
