RECOMMENDATION: Approve Dan Fowler, Park Planner, will provide information on pre-final plans for consideration and approval. 4 TERRA WETLANDS UPDATE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Kevin Yamashita, Park Planner, will provide information on the Terra Wetlands trailhead pre-final plan for consideration and approval. 5 STAFF REPORT PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT For Information and Discussion Only. City staff will report on upcoming events, grand openings, ground breakings, special events, awards and/or programs. VI. CHAIRMAN\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chairman and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. Chairman and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
