NOTICE

The Chairman reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more agenda

If you desire to provide Public Comment on an agenda item, please complete a blue speaker card
and submit it to the Minutes Clerk. Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3) minutes
and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes at the discretion of the Chairman.
The Chairman reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory or repetitive comments
that disrupt, disturb or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the meeting. In addition, any person
willfully disrupting the meeting may be removed from the room by the presiding officer. See NRS
241.030(4)(a). Examples of disruptive conduct include, without limitation, yelling, stamping of feet,
whistles, applause, heckling, name calling, use of profanity, personal attacks, physical intimidation,
threatening use of physical force, assault, battery, or any other acts intended to impede the meeting
or infringe on the rights of the commission members, City staff, or meeting participants.
Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items containing comprehensive plan
amendments, zone changes, master streets and highway amendments, and vacations are forwarded
to City Council for review and decision unless Planning Commission acts otherwise. All other items
will receive final action by the Planning Commission unless otherwise noted.
Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of Community
Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk. If the ninth day falls on a City-
observed holiday, the time is extended to the next City working day. Appeals of final decisions will be
forwarded to City Council for consideration.

currently reads in part, "This conditional use permit for a Temporary Security
Trailer (travel trailer) shall lapse one year from the effective date of approval
unless the use is established, commenced or extended...” to more accurately
reflect the Planning Commission’s motion as follows: "This conditional use
permit for a Permanent Security Trailer (travel trailer) shall lapse one year from
the effective date of approval unless the permit is extended in accordance with
Section 19.6.6.A. of the Development Code. Extension of this conditional use
permit shall require review by Planning Commission"; and (ii) delete Condition 5

addition of a new 5-acre Neighborhood Park L in the former Inspirada Town
Center, (ii) combining Community Park J with the Village 5 Trails and Trailhead,
(iii) eliminating the dedication requirement for Community Park F, (iv) requiring
developer to pave a maintenance road, (v) leaving Neighborhood Park I as
open space, and (vi) the addition of an HOA pool area in Neighborhood Park K,
as well as revising the commencement of construction deadlines and bonding
