CITY OF HENDERSON PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Thursday, November 15, 2018 Council Chambers Time: 6:00 PM 240 Water Street Meeting Inquiries: (702) 267-1500 Henderson, Nevada 89015 NOTICE To persons with special needs: For those requiring special assistance or accommodation to attend or participate in this meeting, arrangements for a sign language interpreter or services necessary for effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities should be made as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes at the discretion of the Chairman. The Chairman reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory or repetitive comments that disrupt, disturb or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the meeting. In addition, any person willfully disrupting the meeting may be removed from the room by the presiding officer. See NRS 241.030(4)(a). Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items containing comprehensive plan amendments, zone changes, master streets and highway amendments, and vacations are forwarded to City Council for review and decision unless Planning Commission acts otherwise. All other items will receive final action by the Planning Commission unless otherwise noted. Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of Community Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk. CORRECTED MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OCTOBER 12, 2017 COMMUNITY DEVELOPENT AND SERVICES Adopt (For Corrective Action) Correction to the October 12, 2017, City of Henderson Planning Commission Meeting Minutes, Item 17, for Conditional Use Permit CUP 17-881194, Above All Las Vegas ATV Tours, and the associated notice of final action (i) correcting the Community Development Planning Services Condition No. 3, which currently reads in part, "This conditional use permit for a Temporary Security Trailer (travel trailer) shall lapse one year from the effective date of approval unless the use is established, commenced or extended...” to more accurately reflect the Planning Commission’s motion as follows: "This conditional use permit for a Permanent Security Trailer (travel trailer) shall lapse one year from the effective date of approval unless the permit is extended in accordance with Section 19.6.6.A. of the Development Code.
