RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval Redevelopment Advisory Commission Page 5 of 6 Tuesday, November 27, 2018 - Agenda Tenant Improvement Grant Award Agreement between Anjelina Azizsoltani and the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency, providing grant funding pursuant to the Tenant Improvement Grant Program for interior improvements to the property located at 331 South Water Street, in an amount not to exceed $7,370.00. RAC-9 LEGAL SERVICES INVOICE STRADLING YOCCA CARLSON & RAUTH REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval Authorization to expend budgeted funds, in the amount of $118,633 for FY2019 to pay the Agency’s cost for legal services to Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, for work performed regarding the Cornerstone Shortfall Note and preliminary bond discussions. RAC- INTERIM REDEVELOPMENT MANAGER UPDATE 10 REDEVELOPMENT For Information Only Anthony Molloy, Interim Redevelopment Manager will provide an update on Issuance of Series 2018 Tax Increment Bonds for the Cornerstone Area.
