RECOMMENDATION: Approve Redevelopment Agency Advisory Commission meeting minutes of June 25, 2024. 2 FUNDING AGREEMENT TO ALLOCATE CONSTRUCTION FUNDING FOR AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTER REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval A Funding Agreement between the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency and the City of Henderson to fund construction costs associated with a new Early Childhood Education Center, located on Clark County Assessor’s Parcel Number 179-06-513-004, generally located at the southeast corner of Black Palace Street and Scarhill Track Avenue, in the Eastside Redevelopment Area, in an amount not to exceed $15,387,528.00. 3 GRANT AWARD AGREEMENT – FY25 WATER STREET DISTRICT AND CORNERSTONE CITY OF HENDERSON PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT FUNDING SOURCE: DOWNTOWN EVENTS MARKETING AND CORNERSTONE MARKETING Redevelopment Agency Advisory Commission Meeting Page 3 of 4 Tuesday, July 23, 2024 - Agenda REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval Grant Award Agreement - FY25 for the Water Street District in the Downtown Redevelopment Area and the Cornerstone Redevelopment Area, from the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency to the City of Henderson to help with the costs of programming and recreational opportunities and marketing events held at the Water Street Plaza or other Downtown Redevelopment Project Area locations, as well as Cornerstone Park in the total amount of $321,200.00. 4 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL APPROXIMATELY 0.16 ACRES OF VACANT LAND IDENTIFIED AS CLARK COUNTY ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 179-18-710-039, GENERALLY LOCATED AT 101 W. ATLANTIC AVENUE REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval A notice of the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency expressing its intent to sell approximately 0.16 acres of real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 179-18-710-039 generally located at 101 W. Atlantic Avenue to Dragonhorse Development LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, for the property’s appraised value of $87,500.00, pursuant to NRS 279.470(4). VI.
