RECOMMENDATION: Approve Grant Award Agreement - FY24 for the Water Street District, from the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency to the City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department, to help with the costs of programming and marketing events held at the Water Street Plaza and/or other Downtown Redevelopment Project Area locations, in the amount of $231,000.00. Strategic Priority: High-Performing Public Service 3 REDEVELOPMENT 18% PUBLIC EDUCATION SET-ASIDE FUNDS CMTS NUMBER(S): N/A REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Accept Update on the distribution of the 2022-2023 City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency 18% Public Education Set-Aside Funds to support public education efforts in or within one (1) mile of the Downtown and Eastside Redevelopment Areas. Strategic Priority: Quality Education VII. CHAIR\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chair and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. The Chair and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
