RECOMMENDATION: Approve A Funding Agreement between the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency and the City of Henderson to fund a portion of the construction costs associated with renovations to the future location of Fire Station 81, in an amount not to exceed $8,100,704.00. Strategic Priority: High-Performing Public Service 3 FUNDING AGREEMENT FUNDING AGREEMENT TO ALLOCATE CONSTRUCTION FUNDING FOR FIRE STATION 82 IMPROVEMENTS CITY OF HENDERSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY OF HENDERSON FUNDING SOURCE: BOND PROCEEDS CMTS NUMBER(S): N/A REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve A Funding Agreement between the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency and the City of Henderson to fund the construction portion of Fire Station 82 improvements, in an amount not to exceed $3,653,692.00.
