Kevin Sigman, Parks and Recreation Manger, will provide an update on Placer.ai; a location intelligence and foot traffic data software used at Parks and Recreation centers, parks, sports tournaments and special events. 4 SENIOR AUXILIARY PRESENTATION PARKS AND RECREATION For Information and Discussion Only. Henderson Senior Auxiliary will give a report on the activities of the organization. 5 AUTHORIZE PARTICIPATION BY SENIOR CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMISSION MEMBERS AT UPCOMING EVENTS FROM JULY 11, 2024, TO AUGUST 13, 2024. PARKS AND RECREATION For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Commission members will discuss and approve whether Commissioners may officially attend or participate in upcoming community programs or events as a representative of the Commission for July 11, 2024, to August 13, 2024. 6 STAFF REPORT PARKS AND RECREATION For Information and Discussion Only. CHAIRMAN\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chairman and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. Chairman and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
