RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Amended and Restated Bylaws of the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency to update provisions, including the authorization of the Executive Director to appoint the Treasurer of the Redevelopment Agency. Strategic Priority: High-Performing Public Service 3 RATIFICATION OF ACTIONS OF TREASURER CMTS NUMBER(S): N/A REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Ratify Ratification of Actions of the Director of Finance, Maria Gamboa, as the Treasurer for the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency from October 2, 2024, until October 15, 2024. Strategic Priority: High-Performing Public Service VII. CHAIR\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chair and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. The Chair and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
