NOTICE
Notice to persons with special needs: For those requiring special assistance or
accommodation to attend or participate in this meeting, arrangements for a sign language
interpreter or services necessary for effective communication for qualified persons with
disabilities should be made as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours before the
scheduled event. Listening devices are available for persons with hearing impairments.

A member of the Henderson Seniors' Auxiliary will give their monthly report on
activities of the organization.

Commissioners will discuss communication and information of senior services
and referral organizations.

Commissioners will discuss and possibly approve whether the commissioners
will attend and or participate in upcoming community programs or events.

Recreation Manager, Corey Clark, will give an update on the Meals on Wheels
program and on the City's senior services.
