CALL TO ORDER Team members in attendance virtually: Caroline Gunther, Ben Smith, John Ryan Public attending virtually: Lyle Chariff 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. April Economic Vitality Team Minutes Caroline made a motion to approve the minutes. John Ryan seconded. Ben Smith, Caroline Gunther and John Ryan all approved. 4. OLD BUSINESS 1. Wifi Access Point Update Jamie reviewed the recent updates to Wifi Access Points on Main Street. The technology has improved and everyone should be seeing improvements to speed and accessibility on Main Street. Eventually, additional WAPS will be added to increase coverage. 7th Avenue should get additional free wifi coverage as a part of the police department and streetscape consturction. 5. NEW BUSINESS 1. Pivot Grant Application from Team ECCO The Friends of Downtown board have given authority to the Economic Vitality Team to approve disbursement of Pivot Grant funds. Caroline Gunther made a motion to approve Team ECCO's pivot grant application in full ($750). John Ryan seconded. Caroline, John and Ben were all in favor. Retroactively, Caroline Gunther made a motion to approve Stillwaters grant for $560, and Oklawaha Brewing's grant for $1000. John Ryan seconded. Caroline, John and Ben were all in favor. 6.
