August Minutes to be reviewed next month with September Public Comments: No public comments received Action Items: - Mason leaving the council - Rene proposed combining the Treasurer and Secretary roles together with Philip serving as both - No website yet Motion make adopt the slate of officers by acclimation Motion: Bill Second: Philp Vote: All in Favor Ordinances No ordinances put forward Motion: N/A Second: N/A Vote: No vote held Discussion Notes: N/A Resolutions No Resoulutions put forward Motion: N/A Second: N/A Vote: No vote held Discussion Notes: N/A Other Business Discussion Notes: Rene provided a quick update on the Bradford Berry House Philip reports that by next meeting he should have a website prepared for review by the council Bill to work on logo for HAC, utilize the arts festival palette Arts Festival contract update provided by Rene Rene still coordinating with Beautiful Hendersonville’s holiday decorating effort, coordinated with an art installation by the HAC Wade suggested that the HAC members could be judges for the Festival of Lights event, happening in November 24 -December 21st 2024. Voting Dec. 3-5. Results given on December 10th.
